I'm pretty sure it is as it's cut bigger then a hard top headliner so you can trim it to fit right.

Regarding the headliner kit... Jax sells the kits seperately as both hardtop and t-top (less mat'l?) kits... also in 'GN' fabric or 'Gray T-type' fabric.... sooo... is your kit the 'hardtop - gray t-type' version??
