Hello everyone,
I was checking out my TLink files and noticed that my TPS was .39 at idle and 3.58 at WOT. Not enough. Following the procedure on gnttype.org, I was able to get .47 at idle and high 4.8s at WOT.
Now, completely at random (haven't been able to duplicate the conditions) it will stumble and almost stall if I stab it from a dead stop. It's only done it twice in about 50 miles of around town driving. Otherwise, the car feels much better. Turns out the TV cable was holding it back. Had to pop it out one "click". Doesn't seem to have affected the shifting.
Is .47 too high, or was the previous low setting hiding some other problem?
TIA,
Jim
