Stutters between 2000 and 2500 till warmed up

I did a seach and couldn't find anyone having this problem. The car starts fine, runs fine for about 2 minutes then between 2000 and 2500 the car starts to stutter. Almost like someone is turning the key off/on. I can accelerate through this rpm range and the car pulls strong. After it warms up it runs fine. I checked fuel pressure, it's set at idle and does not fluctuate during the stuttering. I've tried different chips, and a different ignition/coil pack. Since it does it in open and closed loop, I wouldn't think the O2 could be the problem. I thought the coolant sensor could be a problem, but I don't think the rpms would matter. Looking at DS data the only thing I can see it the spark advance is flucuating during the problem and could cause the car to act like this. I can email DS files, but I don't know how to attach them here. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Found the Problem

It appears the cam sensor being out of adjustment caused this problem. I started the car, unplugged the sensor and the car drove fine. Stopped the car plugged it back in and it stuttered. I adjusted the sensor and the stutter went away.
