Sub pressure affecting 6X9s?

I'm going to be installing a stereo in my Intrepid soon and was wondering how much sub pressure you have to have before worrying about it affecting the 6X9 cones. I could put the 6X9s in isolated enclosures but even with a steep (24db/oct. Linkwitz-Riley) crossover I've never liked the sound of it. I'm running 2 10" solobarics at 250 rms each so should I worry about it? Port the deck? Put them in boxes anyway? I'm really trying to squeeze the best sound possible out of an extremely tight budget, and have lots of free time. They are Infinity reference and will be getting 65wrms through a precisionpower amp and audiocontrol processors. Any input/comments appreciated.

You really won't know until you try. 250 watts each to 2 solobarics isn't going to create that much compression.
I'd personally isolate them or preferrably take them out - no need for rear speakers anyway.
