It shows him with his insides now on the outside.

You will see the look of horror on the faces of the bystanders.

The faces of the bystanders is why I believe this is real.

I actually saw someones guts hanging from their ribs on a windshield. Didn't realize at 1st what was going on as I drove by- but I first saw hips to top of legs (could tell by the pockets on jeans) in the road, then a leg, then the car with top part of mans body. His mother was covered by the time I passed that part. Was kind of like watching a movie as we didn't really understand what was going on(the cops had just arrived from behind us and 4 cars were crawling at that point). But I am not too squeemish anyway.



That was really cute though!
