Swapping Chips Need Help!

[T-TYPE 86]

I currently have the Full Throttle Extender Extreme chip in right now but its a race chip.So I got a street chip from Turbo Tweak for the street.I'm swapping it out but there are some differences.
My question is what settings do I used on the Gen 2 translator for the TT chip??
Also the Extender Extreme has the wire that plugs into the ECM for the adjustment. Do I disconnect that wire??
