FWIW & IMHO:
Somebody really did go to far on what could/would otherwise be a nice turbo Buick Limited. 93.5 % seller rating, cage, something that appears to be a bolt head screwed or glued on to the up-pipe, what would appear to be throw-up around the radiator cap, & what appears to be a mount for a laptop down in the shotgun side foot kick area. That was originally a very nicely optioned car.

It looks like it was a support for a bracket of some kind.

I'm pretty sure that they are for the cage.

I saw the "Nos" emblem affixed to the dash and that was a clue as to the up-pipe bolt.

Nice car nonetheless.

BTW, that blue looks like it doesn't have enough green in it according to the other dark blues that are floating around.
