Syclone questions

I am looking for information on the intercooler pump on my Syclone. What and how is the pump triggered to run? Does the ground type spade that goes into the intercooler radiator need to ground? If so how is that accomplished? I am also looking for a full set of ground effects trim for the Syclone. I have the right door and front and rear bumper guards.
