T&D S2 Rockers

Does anyone know the correlation between rocker ratios and letter "codes" for T&D S2 rockers (ex "H" or "S" etc)?

rocker ratios

ratios are as follows
H=high=1.71
S=standard=1.64
L=low=1.58
