Hey Guys-
I have had my turbolink set up for a few months now, and recently I've been noticing some weird things while driving. When ever I apply the brakes to slow down, the malfunction code warning flashes for a frame or 2. Also, I've been getting a lot of knock, and I'm only running 15 psi with the 02's in the .800 range. Does anyone have any tuning tips for use with turbolink? Thanks a lot

The brake switch is probably bad or you have a wiring problem upstream. When you step on the brakes, some sort of ground loop is being completed. (I've seen this a couple times before).

The TCC and the brake switch can cause this (since they run thru the wiring harness in a similar fashion and the TCC has a pin in the ALDL). I'd look very closely at your brake light circuit, the brake switch and the connector on the side of the trans (and the wires that run to it).

As far as tuning tips, take a look at the "Tuning Tips" section of the manual ... it's towards the back just before the sensor section.

Hope that helps!
