who makes this and what mods do u have to use to run this turbo i have a stock gn and this turbo spools up slower that that stocker but when u get past 10 psi it flys

I dont think to4b is enough information for anyone to help you out much on that one. Most likely there are several different combinations possible with that turbocharger. If you have dial calipers or a digital camera, take measurements of the turbine and compressor wheels, inlet/outlet diameter of compressor and turbine housings, etc.

You can take pictures comparing it to your stock turbo. Once you have more information you will be able to figure it out.
