TA 49 Turbo Question

Can you connect water lines to this turbo? Do it even have the openings for this connection? If you have any pictures of this turbo installed or have pictures of the center section please email me this info. Thanks in advance.

All TA49s I've ever seen are regular journal, not bb. Even if you could get a bb 49 the question would be why? The cost would be very expensive and for similar money you could get a bigger billet turbo.
