ta-49 vs stock

just put in my ta-49 tonite and man it feels nice. i cant really feel a difference when im driving but my friend who rode in the car yesterday after i got the new tranny w/3K stall converter and was like holy crap was like HOLY CRAP tonite just going from the stock turbo to the 49. it whistles like crazy and i noticed it spins the tires quite a bit more and even from a roll which the stocker never did. my question is how much HP is an outright swap from a stock turbo to a ta-49 at stock boost (15 psi)?

I actually didn't notice a difference at 18 psi. My mph was slightly higher, but I had to leave harder to get the same ET's. At 20 psi there was a solid .2 gain. By 23 psi the gain is close to .4 seconds on a maxed out stock turbo combo. That doesn't sound like a lot, but .4 seconds due to one mod (If you have the fuel to support it) is a lot.
