TA33 hot air turbo rebuild

Now nobody beat me up here but is it writing somewhere which wheels and shaft is used for the conversion? I have access to milling machine and figure the wheels and shaft must be a whole lot cheaper than the $850 or so the vendors want to do this? Is there anything in writing on what machining needs to be done and the specs? I don't figure this is rocket science to do this but may be a well kept secret among those who do this for a living. I also understand this information might be like getting the handshake out of the Masons or something? I have the ability to do this if I could get the specs and part info... THANKS..mike
