is there any easy fix or something that could of come unplugged to fix the factory tach? it does light up one bar just doesn't move with rpms. what wire sends the signal to the dash? thanks

Mine had similar problem. I replaced it with another from donor car. I believe Casper electronics does a core exchange for a restored one.

The boost and tach lights are iin one module with a paper like ribon that connects behind dash

Just a little info from my experience but I did send my unit out to caspers and they swapped it out for another I guess they rebuild them or something but anyway I got it back and plugged it in and no luck my turbo meter gauge seemed to be more accurate but still no rpm gauge and that's why I sent it out in the first place. If you do decide to send for repair be sure to tell them you want your unit back or the exact same style because I got one back that had 2 LED strip bars as opposed the red on bottom for boost and yellow and green on top for rpm. I didn't make a big stink about it but only because I plan to change all my gauges.

The white wire in the harness connected to the ignition module.
