Taking Bigstuff3 out ?

Ok I'm removing my Bigstuff3 system and going to a SD Setup. My question is I have this mess of wrapped wires what is my next step.

The chunk wrapped up in electrical tape is the BS3 to OEM harness adapter. Unwrap it and can then unplug it from the OEM EFI harness connectors.
