I agree, rape is a strong word, but I didn't say it was rape. If you read the product description the design is referred/titled "The Rape of Liberty". Their words, not mine. Also, just because it did not graphically illustrate the act (of penetration in this case) does not make it any less of a powerful image. (Think of a scene in a movie where someone is standing on a chair with a rope tied around their neck. You see the chair fall over and the rope go taunt but you do not see the body jerking and twitching as they die, but you still know what is happening.)
If you think that board is bad enough to receive notice at a police department, that sucks, what a waste of tax paying money.

Instead of assuming that everyone knows what "flames & planes" are, enlighten us. I am not a skater nor do I wish to be. I do not icononize the culture although I do appreciate the talent and skill required to be more than proficient at the sport and applaude anyone that can make a living doing the thing they love.
if your police agency didn't know about that phrase or slang by now I really feel bad for you. That term is almost getting old now rofl, and lady liberty getting choked not raped!
I never said I worked at a police agency. I work at a 1,000 man felony close custody prison. I receive the bulletin because there is a strong gang problem in prison as well. Some of the bulletins are relevent in my line of work, most of them are not but they are still interesting. In my line it is an FYI type of distribution and not a BOLO. So, please don't really feel bad for me.

Exactly what I said. I don't know. Once again I was not the one that originally posted this bulletin. This was a nationwide electronic bulletin that was tagged as law enforcement sensitive and I could not and cannot legally repost the other information connected with the post. The link is to a public domain website which could be posted. I can reveal that the original issuance was from Canada and it was picked up by the U.S. group.
I would surly hope and prey that with ALL of your training, and experience in the feild in Amercia, you would be able to tell the difference between the two. Just like I would hope you as a gang unit officer could tell me the difference between a real thug and a real gangster? Gang work and anti terrorist work are 2 different things.
