To find who is online, go to the MAIN PAGE of the board, scroll to the bottom. You will see a list of people who are online, provided they have their settings in their profile to have it show when they are online.

Also, if you go into a particular forum (the Lounge, for example) there is also a list of people who are online and looking at the same forum you are. This list can be found at the top of the page and starts with "Users Browsing this Forum".
