TB not opening all the way.

The TB is opening but not laying down flat. Looks like about 15-20 degrees to go.
The throttle plate hits the stop on the TB. TV cable disconnected, throttle operated by hand.

This is a 70mm TB.

Anyone has a similar experience?

I think you can try and un-tighten the two screws that hold the blade and it will adjust a bit. Be sure to use lock tight to prevent unfortunate accidents.

Are you talking about the two small screws in the TB?
Honestly not sure how this will add "angle" to the opening since the plate is bolted to a flat surface.
