TB,powerplate,EGR block off plate help

I need help installing the vac and iac angle boss on the TB do i use rtv? If so what kind?

Also i got a new power plate but no instructions came so does anyone have a file of the instructions ? Dont know if i need rtv there either?
The last problem im having is sealing the EGR with this block off plate with a new gasket. I cant get it to hold with permatex orange high temp rtv. Any suggestion? ??

I would use any good silicone on the plate and angle boss just use sparingly you don't need a lot. As far as the EGR I just filled it with silicone threw the gasket away and never had any leaks
