Ok, here's the beef.
TE-60 has the 60-1 60 trim comp wheel, T31 Stage 3 turbine wheel, and a realistic 575 fwhp rating.
PT51 has the 44s comp wheel, T350 Stage 5 turbine wheel 585 fwhp
PT52 has the 60-1 60 trim comp wheel, T350 Stage 5 turbine wheel 600 fwhp
PT53 has the 44s comp wheel, TO4 69 trim turbine wheel 610 fwhp
PT54 has the 60-1 60 trim comp wheel, TO4 69 trim turbine wheel 620 fwhp

Here's the run down on the 61 series turbos that PTE has made.
6131 has the GT35R 61mm comp wheel, T31 stage 3 turbine wheel 620 fwhp
6152 has the GT35R 61mm comp wheel, T350 Stage 5 turbine wheel 630 fwhp
6169 has the GT35R 61mm comp wheel, TO4 69 trim turbine wheel 650 fwhp
6176 has the GT35R 61mm comp wheel, small shaft 76 P-trim turbine wheel 680 fwhp

The TE61 turbo was typically a Limit Engineering only produced turbo as Precision has never called their 61mm turbos TE series. If the 61 turbo you are looking at has one of these numbers engraved onto the compressor cover discharge, 6131E, 6152E, 6169E or 6176E it's a good chance it is a Precision built turbo.
Also, Jack Cotton sells a CPT61 turbo as well. I recommend you contact him for the wheel specs as I'm sure there are many versions available.
