will this lag too much??

or will the lighter weight of the f-body help it work

my cash is long gone have to use what I have

Most people will tell you that the 2800 won't be enough for a TE62, but I had good experiences with that same combo in my T-Type. I even ran Hooker headers, which are known to add lag, and 27.5" tall tires and EVERYBODY told me I would HATE it! Was slightly laggy, but just enough to ride the line between going up in smoke and bogging when stomping on it. Must have been an okay combo, 'cause that was when it ran it's best ever of 11.75@117.89 with an untouched longblock, pump gas (alky), and on street tires. I really do believe that chip programming contributes quite a bit to spool up quality, too, so you may need to experiment.

I thought my 3200 stall Protorque was about right with my TA62 turbo.

Until I put the double ball bearing 70 on it. :D

I think you will see a bit of lag with 2800. :(

See sig, my combo is a little laggy, not anything like when I had the stock D5 on it though:p

Good tune will help.

I may step up mid summer and look into a 66BB. Gotta see if 57's will be enough or are 83's in order.

Wow after adding the ported elbow with the right sized puck today my te62 is amazing!!! (considering I have the stock D5 and a trash trans in there still)

(TCI 2004r in garage and a 9x11 3500)

I bet your car will be a beast too!!
