tesioner

I have a non original tesioner and pully on my 87 gn and it moves back and forth at idle but I haven't had the belt come off yet. My freinds gn's tensioner doesn't move at all at idle so maybe my spring inside the tensioner is bad or something, not sure. Just wondering if anyone has a good original(gm,delco) new or used tensioner with or without pully.thanks
