I've given up on getting anything out of the guy that built my trans. I e-mailed him about the failed 3rd gear switch (actually it was likely bad all along) but didn't get a reply. Doesn't ever seem to be in when I call, either. Ditto on when I inquired about the 10.5" "9-inch Billet Converter" he installed. The only thing I got immediate action on was the wrong dipstick. Right after I put about 4-quarts too many in my trans and blew it all over the bottom of the car.
The switch should have been covered under the 1 year warranty but I don't want the guy messing with it anymore anyway.
So, Bruce came to the rescue. It's just a small part and an easy fix, but taking the time to explain how it all works over the phone is priceless. He also sent me a couple 'o switches. Not getting that support from the person I spent $3,000 with is more than just a little annoying.
So, thanks a million Bruce! It's too bad you're on the "left coast".
