The kit includes stainless socket head bolts for mounting to the turbo and stainless bolts for the flange that connects to the factory type exhaust.

i have a custom 4" using my THDP 3.5 flange with a 76q. i previously had a 66p trim no difference. i'm not disputing your info just stating that there was no diff between my 66p and my 70q or my 76q as far as puck goes.
 
From the manufacture's standpoint(Houston Performance pipes) There is, & from the puck sealing to the pipe fit-they've been dead on the money

If the 3.5 will work with stock headers PM me with a price. I have a 3" now. Will I need a new dump pipe....
