Never heard of any gaskets for a downpipe. Not much pressure there and it's just a slip fit at the cat, dump or test pipe anyway.

I've used a Terry Houston 3" Downpipe for more than 10 years and never used a gasket...

Spend your Turbo Buick money elsewhere.

When I put my ATR d/p on, it came with one. I want to have my exhaust housing coated so I'm taking my turbo off and figured I needed to replace the gasket. Do you use anything or just clean the surfaces and tighten it down?

THDP Gasket ?

I just clean both surfaces, put some anti-sieze on the bolts and tighten it down. Never had a problem.

I don't know why an ATR down pipe would be any different.
