I've pretty much developed that attitude with my A/C business. I'm so tired of people trying to talk me out of every last penny they can I just give them the price now and if they don't like it I tell them to call someone else. I've quit negotiating. I've been in business a long time and have enough legitimate and loyal customers I won't deal with the ones that only want low bid.
