We have finally corrected the problem builders have fought since the trans was introduced in 1964 and which was passed on th the 4l80e.A grooved bronze bushing installed in the front of the drum pilots on a modified forward clutch hub with ground bushing journal.A Delrin ring supports the id of the drum on the back side,and a roller bearing is installed behind the drum to seperate front thrust from rear thrust and eliminate the drums tendancy to go off center after the 1/2 and 2.3 shifts.Pictures will be available soon.
 
I have to get the pics up but computer is screwed up.I am doing my best.This setup is awesome.
