the real art carr new company name?

I have talked to the California Art Carr and the Texas Art Carr and it appears as if the California one is a fake. He has been sued and so forth, I believe it has been stated the same on this board before.
The Real Art Carr
CPT is the real "Art Carr." He is the person who created and was one of the few, in the old days, who could build a strong GM o/d and make it last. He built the Texas company and sold out to the current owners. I don't know about the law suit, but he did have to change his new company name so the Texas "Art Carr" would remain successful.
