This is only getting worse. The other driver was on PAROLE from 20yr B&E sentence and had just got charged in Oct on felony cocaine charges and resisting arrest....

Seems he was not only drunk but on other drugs too. You would think someone on parole and got charged with more drug charges would be in jail already

Police say suspect has arrest history

This guy should not have even been on the street

They have let him go to pursue more serious charges later

Sorry for your loss, I lost my 23 y/o sister on new years eve. There's nothing that really helps, but we have to keep waking up every morning and hope that time makes things easier.

Just got back from the Funeral.... I am sad as expected but I have no question he is in a better place. Seeing the ones left behind grieving is so hard.

Please direct all prayers towards the family. They are trying to make the best of it, his mom said something to me last night that has changed my life already.....
