Thermostat Install

Does anyone know how to install a new thermostat? I am new to these cars and could use a step by step. My car seems to be running around 210 and I want to put in a 160. Thanks in advance for your help.

Its an easy fix. Take out the 2 bolts to the housing, clean off the old gasket put the new t stat and gasket in and bolt them down with about 15 pds of torque on the bolts. You might want to plug the throttle body coolant lines too. Just remove the 2 coolant lines going to the t/b and take one of the lines cut and loop it back into the big coolant pipe.
