The guy is a doctor. Do we assume his actions were an effort to mechanically clean the gene pool, reduce transmission of disease, etc?? I think so.

Good for the Doctor too bad he didn't get both of them.

I'm sure some of the robbers relatives and best friends will condemn his actions though since they were such good outstanding lawful guys who never would harm anyone.
