So, this first picture was taken while I was looking back toward where the incident began.

The second image is where the vehicle left the roadway, went into the ditch and became air born. Notice the gouge in the earth and then notice where the tire tracks resume. That's the landing spot, all 4 wheels were off the ground.

This photo is the track the car left in the ground after landing while the driver was trying to maintain what ever control possible. When the car sprung up out of the ditch, the drivers body came up high enough out of the seat that I could see his full back end. Upon landing, he smashed the center console with his buttocks and ended up in the passenger seat for the remainder of the ride.

Another shot of ditch, I was trying to get a photo that shows the true distance this car traveled in the air.

This is the final resting place of the car

Luckily there wasn't another vehicle traveling in either direction on the roadway. Believe it or not, this car may have survived. The doors, hood and trunk opened and closed. It used to be a drag car that the owner had detuned. Looks like not enough huh? He just got the car back, shop had it all summer installing rack and pinion, custom headers, mechanical hideaway light etc etc the list goes on and on. It was due to head to body shop next.
