thrasher chip problems

i just purchased a thrasher street chip and i'm haveing problems the car won't idle right i set the fuel pressure to 45 and the car idles terrible when i put it in gear the car wants to cut out and when i step on the gas. i have tried to adj the tps and iac according to the procedure on gnttype.org. the 02 sensor reads almost a flatline lean at idle. now if i can keep the car running on the road the car runs great off idle and at WOT the car screems and it runns great but the idle sucks and i don't know how else to adj it . when i try to adj iac and tps the reading are all over the place and keep changing (iac will be 05 then 25 then 00) is this normal. i mean i love the top end power the chip has but i can't deal with the idle.

Did you reset the ECM?

Are you checking the IAC/TPS in park at operating temp?

Dont look at O2's at idle they are useless
 
A leaking (i.e. cracked) header can cause a vacuum leak whose woes are amplified by the Thrasher chip.
 
Geez Scott! Now I gotta get my cracked header fixed, too! I'm gonna be a busy boy. I wish I knew I needed to gut my cat and fix my cracked header before putting the Thrasher in. The next thing you'll probably tell me is that I can't run generic 87 octane with it at 20 PSI.:D Just kidding. Is there anything else I need to know about running a Thrasher 92 on my car? Will fixing the crappy paint help? My car is basically stock as you can see by my sig.
