Throttle Body Shaft Seals

Looking for the throttle body seals and really don't want to purchase from GBody @ $25. I did find an old thread that said they were available from http://www.harwal.com The old thread Throttle Body Seals say they are 17 x 10 x 5B Link. Can anyone verify this is the correct size / part ???
