That is correct.... I bought one from Jegs grinder it down and it had been fine for over 5 years

Maybe it was because it is a TA cover, not a factory cover.

thanks. for five bucks ill grinde away LOL. btw the TA covers are exactly the same as stock. TA buys the cover alone and puts them together to sell.
