Need Timing/Fuel adjustment procedures for Scan Master 2.1

Scanmaster is a scantool. You can't make adjustments from it. Or did I misunderstand your question?

I thought I read in original manual that you could make adjustments to 1/2 timing/fuel and also WOT adjustments with the 2.1 version. The shop that did my mods failed to return the manual
