timing shutter wheel?

my crank sensor broke and mechanic replaced that, but said he cannot start the car because the TIMING SHUTTER WHEEL is bent, and the sensor would break instantly if he started it like it is. Anyone know where 1 of these shutter wheels can be bought? They looked around and cannot find 1 anywhere.

I think???? Dan Strezo of DLS Engines has them BUT you can remove & straighten them as they are a Press Fit deal. My friend did one for me last year but you need to know what your doing. They need to go back on Properly!
