I have to change from Casper's old sensor to his new heated O2. Can someone please tell me what tools I need? The socket with the long slit in it and some anti lock lube?

I just use a 22M open end wrench...never used anti-seize...if you do make sure you don't get any on the element...

I seem to recall my O2 wrench is a 7/8" open end.
It helps to remove obstructions like the turbo heat shield, and any valve cover vent plumbing, etc.

OK. Took turbo heat sheild and breather off. Still can't get the wrench anywhere near the sensor. The wires are pressed against the water hose coming from the plenum. Do I use a short 7/8" wrench from underneath or take the hose off the metal feed to gain some room????

Don't know why there should be such a problem, it's easy to reach from the top, down behind the turbo. Just requires flipping the wrench on every turn because there limited swing space.
You might want to find a Turbo Regal owner near by that can show just how easy a job it is.
