I guess you can, I have 235/60/15 on the front and 275/60/15 on the back of my GN, it throws of my speedometer though

It will probably rub on tight turns.

My GN used to rub with 235/60/15 on stock wheels. Only at lock to lock though. Normal driving was no problem. 245's would be similar.

I run 245/50/16 on 8" up front they rub on full clock but only that.
