Seeking advice on a set of 15" tires for a FWD daily driver type car. Car is driven at least 40 miles a day 5X weekly, plus several hundred miles back & forth across the hot SW desert. Winters do have some snow & ice. Mostly female driver.

Previously ran Michelin Hydro-Edge tires when we lived in the rain. I have Michelins on my truck also. Both sets of tires have premature sidewall cracking.

Run Continentals on my Buick (nice tires).

Looking for a set of relatively long lasting tires, smooth ride, etc.

Thanks.

My dad ran Coooer’s Lifeliner tires with very good results.

The CS5 Grand and Ultra Touring have similar tread and are made in 15” sizes.

I’ve always preferred the stiffer ride and better cornering of an H rated tire compared to S or T rated.

Food for thought.

Goodyear Assurance Maxlife. Cheap and have a 85000 mile treadlife. Quiet tires. I sell ALOT of them.
