The datastream is the same (since it's in the chip) ... however, the fast data patch is supported, which most of the chip makers can add by request.
The fast data patch comes in several "flavors" from almost the stock data stream, to a pretty heavily modified one that repeats several key parameters (O2, TPS, RPM, etc.).
The biggest thing you give up is the Trouble Codes in most of the flavors...
The thing with TurboLink is that that it supports other vehicles too ... the new 4.0 version (which existing users will be able to get the software for free download or a nominal fee for a new CD ... we will also hav a "trade up" program for the hardware) will support a lot of vehicles as we get them debugged. Right now we're playing with a local Typhoon (cool vehicle!), some Vettes, and some F-bodies.
