Are we able to run boost sensing harness with the kit? You have to disconnect the MAP wire to run it, and install an inline adapter at the TPS, then another harness to the MAT. Since we splice into the green wire under dash to read boost for the PAC, are we not able to run the boost sensing function of tlink?

I think you have to buy another MAP sensor for it to work.

I cant see why not. The green wire from the PAC attaches to the center wire of the 3 bar MAP sensor.

But when you run the boost sensing harness, you disconnect the original MAP wiring and leave it lay, using the boost harness instead. No idea how it works, especially in conjunction with the PAC setup... :frown:

The output of the MAP is the output of the MAP. The MAP works off of 5 volts DC. The output is 1.6 volts DC with zero vacuum. You attach the green wire of the PAC to the center wire on the new plug.. that plugs into the 3 bar MAP.. Bada Bing

Ya wanna confirm it.. measure with a DC voltmeter.. it should read 1.6 Ignition on.. car not running.

Huh. Makes sense. If I am going to stick with Tlink and boost sensing harness I will splice into the middle wire of the Tlink boost sensing harness instead of the green wire under the dash. Good thing the green wire underdash was so easy to get to. (not :D )
