Too much boost line=lag??

I have an external gate with an air regulator as my boost control. I have the regulator right next to the turbo & gate. With the crazy weather down here (hot one day ,cold the next) I have been having the normal boost fluctuations. My question is this: If I move my air regulator in the car with me so that it is easily adjusted will I get any different spool up or lagtime with the addition of so much rubber line going from the compressor side-in the car-back to the WG?

I highly doubt you would have any noticeable change in spool-up from relocating the boost controller to the cabin. It's a pretty common thing to do and I've never heard of performance suffering because of it.
