You could just purchase a RJC boost controller and not use the boost solenoid.

Maybe I am misunderstanding WG actuator adjustment. With the swing arm assembly pushed all the way to the right, the puck is seated against the WG hole surface. The actuator arm fits onto the swing arm with out being pulled to fit. Am I supposed to adjust the actuator arm shorter than what would mate to the swing arm without pulling on the actuator arm? I then pull on the actuator arm and force it onto the swing arm?

You should have to tug on the actuator arm a bit, maybe less than 1/8 of an inch. As long as it's got some tension, you should be good.

Well, swapped out the wastegate solenoid with #ACD214-1073 from a GM dealer. Problem fixed!:D Gauge still only shows 13 psi, but the air filter is dirty and junk, and I have a TT 93 oct chip on the way:cool: . I am going to wait until these 2 items are swapped until messing with the boost any further.

Thanks everyone for your help!

Sweet! Now you're in the ballpark.
Add more tension to the actuator, one turn at a time, and watch for knock.
