I have a mental blank and don't remember. Cruise control, brakes, and tcc lock up are controlled by two switches on the pedal. I forget which two share the same switch.
If there is no voltage at the connector under the car on the tranny in the purple wire. The simplest thing to try is to lift up on the brake pedal with your foot....lift up, don't press down....you can try this when driving and see if the tranny locks up...that would be a sign of a misadjusted switch. If that does not work,
The tcc switch has two pink/black wires on one terminal. It gets is power thru one of them directly from the ecm/sol fuse.
The other terminal has the purple wire on it that goes to the tranny. With the key on, and nothing touching the pedal, this purple wire should be hot here as well as at the tranny. If it is not then it appears there is a switch problem. (I am assuming the pink/black wire is hot because it feeds several other things as well)
If lifting the pedal does not make the purple wire go hot, then pull the switch away from the pedal....it is just held in the switch mount by the plastic teeth on the switch nose so it can be adjusted. Pull the switch out and it can be popped open, One went bad on one of my cars recently and I opened the switch, rotated the contact, and it started working again and still is.
The switch opens when you step on the brake pedal. Pulling up on the pedal should close the switch so it can lock the converter. It should be closed with the pedal in its normal "non-stepped on" position or you can ajust the position of the switch so that it is...
