can anyone tell me the specs for intake manifold?

44ft lbs start in the middle go back and fourth side to side while you tightn them. HTH.

Do them to 25 & work your way to 32 as I have heard of a person cracking the intake. Maybe his was off due to machining but better safe than sorry.

i just looked closer at the gnttype torque chart and they show 32ftlb/ 45 nm.....
gm service manual shows 45ft lbs and thats what ive always used

heres another diagram that someone added torque seq and a torque # of 45lbs , but at the bottom notes it reads 34-54 which i beleive was the torque spec (ft lbs/ NM )?????

thing about the service manual chart is its specs are for the 3.8 NA as there is also a carb torque in the list , the NA had a iron intake so the 45 ftl b would be for that intake and makes sense that torque for the aluminum intake icould be 34ft lbs

I would go 25ft lbs., 35"" "", 45"" "" just so they are torqed equally

found this looking through 87 service manual

this chart is 3.8 turbocharger specific so the torque values are correct for us

shows intake manifold to cylinder head torque at 44 lb/ft
