For a 1986 Buick T Type with the exterior color given as 12U-Silver on the window sticker what would be the corresponding touch up paint number?

I think it should be "12" …

I cannot find anyone selling touch up paint with the number 12 or 12U by itself.

Any body shop can mix you up the correct color.
