Tough pill to swallow...

Friend of mine from the Navy was murdered. He was a parole/probation officer in Oklahoma City and he went to check on a guy who was on probation. Once he got there another individual beat him unconscious and then shot him in the head. He was just doing his job and this ass hat took his life.

He leaves behind his wife and two children. I remember the days on the ship with him. He was a good kid who liked to joke around and have fun. He was 18 at the time and seemed to be on the right track. It saddens me that this life taking son of a you know will probably not get the death penalty and will probably only get 10 years. Jeff's family will be without him for the rest of their lives. Those kids will grow up without a father. I just want to go there and beat this guy till his last breath.

Sorry for the rant but I am pissed off.

I don't blame you for being pissed, the justice system works more for the criminals than it does the law abiding citizens. Needs to be an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and a life for a life if you ask me, instead of dipping in the tax payers pockets to expand/build new prisons.

I say ship these POS's here to Afghanistan since they want to be killers.. give them the weapons they chose to commit their crime and the same outfit they did their crime in. Set them in the middle of Kandahar and tell them to go out and be as gangster as they want to be. I'm tired of shipping money back home to pay for these people to be in jail.

The engineering dept gang of the USS Vella Gulf was a very very tight group and ten years later we are all still in contact with each other. We have all been talking about a reunion and I think we should all get together at Oklahoma City during the trial to convict this guy. I really want to see him get the death penalty. I can't stop thinking about his wife and children. The thought of my children growing up without me or my wife disturbs me. I have three kids myself two boys 11,8 and a newborn girl. Crimes need harsher punishment than the crime.

Im sorry to hear about your freind. This country sucks for the innocent people. I think when gang bangers and killers are caught they should send them overseas to fight. I cant imagine thugs with their pants hanging down tring to shoot their guns sideways. Prayers sent to your friends family.

Sorry to hear about your comrade. A few relatives are in law enforcement and I worry about them daily. Sounds like the dirtball should not have been free. So many criminals get light sentences when they are a threat to society till the die.

Yep...they don't want a fair fight, they want the advantage...the same kind of scum also pick on the elderly or children. IMO you couldn't be less of a coward if you have to pick on little kids and helpless senior citizens.

It is a shame that we spend hard earned money on these low life peices of crap because we want to rehabilitate them. What a joke, they dont care.
We need more chain gangs, make them dig ditches break rocks and make roads. After 12 hours they wont want to riot and if they get out of hand drop where they stand. 40 years ago no one wanted to go to prison now it is just a vacation.

Double edged sword if you ask me....you can keep them incarcerated the rest of their lives, if they were under Joe Arpaio they would at least not get to see prison as their get off free vacation. We would still still be paying to house them though. If we give them the death penalty, it's less scum to house but they still get off easy, because we must put them to sleep peacefully before they are executed.

I guess it's too inhumane to fry them in the chair anymore so we'll give them lethal injection....fuck that let those bastards feel pain before they die...how about we start putting them feet first thru a meat grinder? No we can't do that...it's cruel and usual punishment...hell I'd even say let it be an eye for an eye...you kill someone, you yourself get killed the same way.

I completely agree with you Turbo T. I myself am a big fan of Sheriff Joe and his ways. When I was stationed with Jeff we were launching missiles at Kosovo and were told what the leaders of Kosovo were doing to the people fleeing the country. So we got on the topic of torture and we thought up as many ways to torture for those low life's. This was one of the first memories of Jeff that came to mind once I heard about his murder. I want this guy to see what cruel and unusual punishment is like. I want to grind his teeth down to the gums and feed him ice cream. I want to hold punch his eye lids so he is forced to see me ruin his world. Yes I am sick and twisted and I haven't even told you the worst ones we came up with while floating in the Adriatic sea. It got very cruel and very unusual to say the least. I also like the slow injection of rattle snake venom. The slow that takes days to kill! When the crime is harsher than the punishment where is the deterrent? Let's go back to public hanging or do some draw and quartering!
