Get accurate pressure numbers, how are you reading the pressure?

Confirm the normal pressure numbers for a 200-4r in each gear etc.

From here if the numbers are out of spec you'll need to go through the valvebody or pump etc and it gets complicated if you're not sure of how to tackle this. That's where you find a local 200 master or ship it out etc.
